Shipping policy
Processing times
- DIY kits and cable parts: in-stock items ship within 2-5 business days. Most orders are cut and packed by hand, so busy periods can add a day or two.
- Custom pre-built cables: built to order. Please allow up to 2 weeks for your cable to be built before it ships.
- Apparel and merch: printed on demand by our fulfillment partner and shipped separately from cable parts. Production usually takes about 1 week before shipping.
Processing time doesn't include time in transit.
Shipping methods and rates
Cable parts and kits ship from Daly City, California via USPS. Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on your order's weight and destination, and you can choose from the available USPS services. Small orders usually ship in a bubble mailer; larger orders ship in a box. Apparel ships at the flat rate shown at checkout.
You'll get an email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.
International orders
We ship to most countries. The countries we ship to are listed at checkout. International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes or customs fees charged by their country.
Lost, missing or damaged items
If any part of your order arrives damaged or is missing, email shop@cruzctrl.gg with your order number and we'll send it again free of charge.
A little extra
We usually toss some candy into cable-part orders. If you'd rather not get any (for example, due to allergies), just leave a note at checkout.
