This USB-C 3.0 connector includes a 2-piece shell and a connector that includes a small PCB with 5 solder points on each side. (Only 4 pins are needed to be functional with just about any keyboard)
This connector should work as both a Host and Device connector for a USB-C to USB-C cable.
